Description
This course introduces the science behind image
digitization, tone reproduction, and colour reproduction in the
domains of computer-generated imagery (CGI), studio video, film,
and offset printing. The course covers the following topics:
Audience
This course is appropriate for people who are
experienced in creating and manipulating colour imagery,
including technical directors, colourists, and visual effects
supervisors. It is also suitable for programmers and engineers.

Materials provided: Attendees will receive a copy of the book, A Technical Introduction to Digital Video, along with course note handouts. Lunch is provided on Day 1.
Prerequisite: None.
